Our Crack Repair Process

First, we evaluate if any concrete lifting is needed to level the slab and immobilize the crack. Polyurethane concrete lifting re-stabilizes settled slabs before caulking.

For the repair, we use high-quality commercial-grade caulking designed for concrete. Proper preparation and installation steps ensure maximum adhesion and durability. The flexible caulking prevents water intrusion while allowing normal slab movement.

We also re-seal open control joints that allow water under slabs. Properly sealing joints improves structural integrity and prevents erosion.
